Boxing Skills

Boxing Skills is a 75 minute class for intermediate and advanced boxers.

This class is ideal for those who have a solid foundation in boxing and are eager to hone their skills, increase their ring IQ, and compete at a higher level. Come ready to sweat, learn, and dominate!
 

Participants must be 13+ years of age. For new boxers please sign-up for Semi-private membership or a private lesson. Private sessions are available Monday to Saturday, 9am to 9pm. Please contact to book an appointment.

Boxing Heavy Hitters

Join us for a challenging 45-minute boxing heavy bag class designed to boost your cardio, improve your technique, and unleash your inner fighter. Boxing Heavy Hitters high-energy workout is suitable for all fitness levels, whether you are a beginner or an experienced boxer.

Boxing Fitness Class

Introducing our Box Fit class, a dynamic and engaging high-intensity fitness experience designed to boost your cardio and teach you some boxing combinations.
Bring your gloves, as at the end of class we do group pads with the coach.
Whether you're a seasoned fitness enthhusiast, a boxer looking to gain muscle endurance, or a complete beginner, this is the fun and rewarding way to get in better shape and reach your fitness goals.

Women's Only KettleBells

Our Women's Only Kettlebell class take only 45 minutes from warm up to cool down. You will learn proper form, always working with an appropriate weight for your ability and strength. Routines are fun and always vary, so you never get bored. Kettlebell workouts complement athletes (such as boxers) and are perfect for anyone looking to burn fat, build lean muscle and gain explosive power.

 

According to a study by the American Council on Exercise (ACE)*, doing kettlebells can burn up to 20 calories a minute--that is the equivalent to running a 6-minute mile pace!

Fitness Circuit

This dynamic strength and conditioning session is designed to build a resilient, functional physique.

We'll guide you through 7 challenging stations, together offering a comprehensive full-body workout.Prepare to engage in exercises inspired by the explosive movements of boxing, expertly blended with a wide array of functional strength training.
 

Teen Boxing

We teach amatuer boxing for 13 to 17 year olds. The class offers an engaging environment where young athletes are pushed to their limits through rigourous boxing drills and controlled sparring sessions. 

 

Our fitness-focused approach ensures that teens not only learn the art of boxing but also enhance their strength, speed, agility, and endurance. Join us to experience the discipline, power, and excitement of boxing in a safe and structured setting tailored for teenagers.
