Boxing

Boxing classes are for intermiediate and advanced boxers. Participants must be 17+ years of age. For new boxers please sign-up for Semi-private membership or a private lesson. Private sessions are available Monday to Saturday, 9am to 8pm. Please contact to book an appointment.

KettleBells

Over the past decade Kettlebells have become a popular piece of gym equipment in Canada. They can be quite intimidating at first glance but essentially, they are just dumbbells with the weight displaced. This design allows for swinging motions and a wide range of movement providing for a full body workout. Kettlebell workouts are a combination of resistance and aerobic training, that according to a study by the American Council on Exercise (ACE)*, can burn up to 20 calories a minute--that is the equivalent to running a 6-minute mile pace!
 

Our Kettlebell classes take only 40 minutes from warm up to cool down. You will learn proper form, always working with an appropriate weight for your ability and strength. Routines are fun and always vary, so you never get bored. Kettlebell workouts complement athletes (such as boxers) and are perfect for anyone looking to lose weight, improve cardiovascular fitness, build lean muscle and explosive power.
